YOOLAND New Energy Vehicles is an innovative enterprise specializing in R&D and manufacturing of new energy vehicles, dedicated to delivering green and intelligent mobility solutions globally.

Our Phase I Factory spans 500 mu with a total investment of 220 million yuan, establishing a standardized and large-scale production system for high-quality NEV manufacturing.

In production, we integrate automation and precision control across all processes: 2 automated stamping lines ensure body component accuracy; 3 standardized welding workshops (with 12 welding lines and 8 robotic arms) guarantee body strength and consistency; 16 high-temperature spray-baking booths plus an industry-leading electrophoresis workshop enable durable paint finishes; and 16 four-wheel assembly lines, 4 national-standard three-wheel assembly lines, 2 automatic suspension lifting lines, and 1 lamp assembly line support flexible multi-category production.

Technologically, we’ve achieved breakthroughs: our ultra-quiet docking axle rear bridge cuts noise by 20% (to 65dB) and boosts climbing capacity by 80% (with continuous climbing over 18km); the Φ37mm high-strength shock absorption system (using national-standard 107 aluminum and SiMn alloy springs) ensures comfort and durability (with <2% attenuation after 1 million tests); and the new chassis suspension—adopting shock-absorbing springs + triangular brackets—enhances both stability and ride experience.
